BLOWING IN THE BALCANS
The story of a young man
Igor is an actor. Or maybe a singer. Or maybe just a hitchhiker?
Camera follows him on his journey through the Balcans, but it’s not just a video: the scene actually takes place.
Igor will be asking for rides thumb out and a car with the atopic ‘troupe’ will be waiting for him, share the feeling of being on the road. The video will be made with 2 cameras, and the trip will become such for each one. Another 3rd person could help taking picture so that maybe we can set up a photo exhibition somewhere at a certain point (..Sarayevo?) I mean, we’ll have to create fun or to just enjoy the situation even when Igor is waiting desperately for his ride.
We can also think of changing character along the way, depending also on the availability of people. I don’t know, we can think of that. But for sure we need a plot. And this is pretty much it
As for the organization and all, I think the path will be more or less like this:
Albania (around Durres) MUSICA WANTED – aug. 8
Greece (around Delphi on the way to Thessaloniki) – aug. 13
Romania (Costanza..) – aug 16
Serbia e Kosovo – aug 25
Bosnia – sept 1
Skopje – sept 7
Croatia – sept 13
Any other destination, like Montenegro or Occrid Lake and other interesting places around that huge area are welcome.
Let’s just try to share contacts and see who’s coming.
